Über Ish

Ish Dhand is the CEO and co-founder of QC Design. By training, he is a quantum computing researcher with over 12 years of research experience including heading the architecture team at Xanadu, Canada’s top quantum hardware startup. Originally from India, Ish has spent his working life split equally between Canada and Germany. Despite having no trouble learning quantum mechanics in his free time, Ish’s German skills are still, let’s call it, “in the development stage”. His passion for quantum is fueled by the potential that the technology offers to solve some of today’s biggest challenges, such as the need for new medicines, food security and the fight against climate change.
